Weightloss Wednesday

This Wednesday is about the importance of Exercise.

For Goal #1
I’ve been walking after work about 30 minutes each day with my co-worker.
It’s great to have a support system to exercise with, especially a “sport” like walking – we talk so much, the time passes by pretty quickly.

The benefits of Exercise:
  • Reduce the risk of developing and/or dying from heart disease
  • Reduce high blood pressure or the risk of developing high blood pressure
  • Reduce the risk of premature death

  • Reduce the risk of developing colon cancer and breast cancer
  • Reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes

  • Reduce depression and anxiety
  • Improve psychological well-being
  • Enhance work, recreation, and sport performance
